LR Consulting was founded by Louise Ralston. After multiple years spent in the Tech industry, managing teams and coaching high performers, Louise decided to focus on consulting and coaching to help others.

Louise has an MBA from ESADE Business School, Barcelona, and Chicago Booth Business School, Chicago. Louise is a qualified A.C.CA Accountant. Originally from the United Kingdom, Louise is fluent in English, French and Spanish and speaks conversational German and Luxembourgish.
